Aadersh Hamza is working as an Associate Director at Balochistan Think Tank Network. He has done Mphil in International Relations from Quaid I Azam University Islamabad. He is also a recepient of Roll of Honour from Government College University Lahore, where he was also entitled as the mastermind of GCU for the year 2012. He studied Political Science as majors in his undergrad program at Government College University Lahore. He has previously worked with the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan and with the National Commission for Human Rights, Islamabad.
