BTTN Celebrates the 147th Iqbal Day
Date: November 09, 2024
Keeping up with the tradition, BTTN commemorated 147th Iqbal Day with great pursuit. This year, the commemoration was focused on the powerful and timeless message Iqbal conveyed to the youth through his poetry. Iqbal’s works are a profound call to self-realization, empowerment, and leadership. He envisioned youth as the architects of a brighter future, urging them to embrace their potential, cultivate their inner strength (Khudi), and rise above adversity. His metaphor of the Shaheen (falcon), symbolizing independence and aspiration, continues to inspire generations to take charge of their destiny and pursue higher ideals.
Through this reflection, the aim of this In-House Seminar was to rekindle Iqbal’s message of hope, courage, and intellectual freedom, encouraging today’s youth to break free from complacency and engage in shaping a better tomorrow. By drawing upon his poetic wisdom, this year’s commemoration fostered discussions on how Iqbal’s vision remains relevant in addressing modern challenges, empowering the next generation to be the true leaders of change.
