Saher Liaqat, Graduate of International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

Saher Liaqat is a Graduate of International Relations from the School of Politics and International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and works with China-Pakistan Study Centre at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad.
